Colleen Hart
Owner/Operator
I am a Roanoke native who originally went to college to be an elementary school teacher. I have two kids, a love for animals, and I am a natural caregiver. I also love music, outdoors, movies, naps, family and food. I don't have a favorite animal and love learning about all types. While most of my experience is with dogs and cats, I've cared for snakes, pigs, birds, rabbits, rats, chickens, fish, a monkey and more!
I am the primary pet sitter at I Hart Your Pets & Home! I'm a super silly people pleaser and a natural caregiver and I decided to make a career out of it. Whether that be walking your dog twice a week or helping with some custom needs in your home, I'm here to make your life easier. I'm here to be you, when you need a hand.
Besides running a pet sitting business and spending time with my family, I also bartend part-time at The Grandin Theatre. It's a gem in every way in this town.
Fletcher Hart
Owner/Operator
Tied with one other for the coolest kid I know. Loves animals, playing outside, video games, legos, crafts. and making ginormous messes.
Fletcher is currently homeschooling, unlike his older sibling. He does attend Valley Forest school and is a part of siblings local groups. He is a huge animal fan and has been fantastic with every animal he's ever met. I won't ask to bring him on pet/house sitting jobs, but feel free to offer if you want your dogs to get some extra energy out!
Lynsey O'Dell
Teacher of the year
Lynsey O'Dell is James Madison Middle School 2024-2025 teacher of the year! She is kind, selfless, and has been caring for pets for longer than I have. She's been a foster parent off and on for years. Lynsey is also a mom to two awesome kids. I have known Lynsey for over 20 years and consider her family.
Dotti Dorlini
Cool kid
Dotti Dorlini is a fantastic "kid" as she seems more mature than I am at only 16. She is a Hidden Valley Titan and plays basketball. She is the oldest of four siblings and has two adorable dogs of her own. I have known Dotti since before she can remember. I am extremely grateful to have her helping.
